Orders take 24 - 48 business hours for processing and verification. This is to insure our safety and yours and most orders are processed quickly in order so we can get them out to you in a timely manner. This also applies to expedited orders. If you would like to return your order you may do so by e-mailing us with your order.
You have 30 days from the day the order is placed to return your order. We cannot generate RMA numbers after this time frame because our system will not allow us to do so. We will not deviate from this time frame unless previous authorization is given to extend the time, which we will only grant in special cases.
If you need to exchange your order you can email exchanges at armyuniverse.com and they will provide an exchange code for you to send back your order. We do not cover shipping costs when shipping the item back to us, However we will send back the product to you at our expense. We are happy to offer Free Shipping on Exchanges but we can only offer this once, so please make sure you know what you would like to exchange it for. If you decide to return a product after an exchange is completed, you will be charged for the return shipping costs back to you.
